Personal data will be treated for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data is being collected and to comply with every law requirements.
Every data subject may exercise the following rights referring to the said data, as provided forth by GDPR, by sending a request via registered letter to the Data Controller at Milano, Via N. Bixio 31:
- The right to obtain confirmation about the collection of their personal data and clear communication of the same data, even before their recording;
- The right to be informed of the source of the personal data, as well as of the purposes and methods of the processing;
- The right to be informed of of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
- The right to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
- The right to obtain erasure, restriction of processing, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
